30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date received (not the date shipped). Items must be unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain opened items cannot be returned.

How to Return

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original Visa or Mastercard. Shipping charges of $7.95 are non-refundable. Refunds appear as MedicalEquipmentWorldX on your statement.
